On 11th September we had a Working B preparing dinner for" Kenduri Berbuka". We were cooking:
- "Kurma Daging ala opah Habsah"
- " Nasi minyak ala tomato"
- " Jelatah"
- " Karipap Tok n Wan Batrisyia"
- "Agar2 bertingkat Auntie Sham"
We cooked for a hundread people at Massey Islamic Centre. We have to cook 12kg rice and 20kg meat for "Kurma".
"Karipap" about hundread pieces. And it still got a flour. We didn't finish it because we didn't have enough the "Karipap"filling....
Pudding Auntie Sham: She made about 2 1/2 trays. She made 2 layers... It is milk and milo. My friend Nureen like it so.. much... That's why she made it.It smell yummy... And I miss it so much..
